LEWIS COUNTY ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF COUNTY ATTORNEY JOAN
MCNICHOL
LOWVILLE, NY- Lewis County
announces that County Attorney Joan McNichol will retire from her position
effective July 10th, 2026, concluding a distinguished tenure of public
service to the county.

for Joan’s many years of dedicated service and steady leadership,” said
