She is survived by a daughter and grandchildren, Stephanie, Karl and Khloe Bloss, Kim Reese.  She also leaves behind a brother, William Bloss, and two sisters, Marie Carter and Leona Smith.  She will be meeting her parents, Betty and Wayne Bloss, and her brothers, John and Steve Bloss, in Heaven.

She was born on January 22, 1960 in Watertown.  Patricia joined the Navy in 1976, while in the Navy she earned the title of one of the first 15 female diesel mechanics ever in the Navy, along with earning the Good Conduct Award in 1982 and again in 1986.  Patricia courageously earned the Meritorious Unit Commendation Award during her time in the Navy before leaving in 1988. She then joined the United States National Guard in 2006, before leaving after only a few years to be with her grandchildren. She worked in the bedding industry in various positions and ended as lead mechanic with Simmons bedding, where she was handpicked to help make Abraham Lincolns bed, currently residing in the White House to this day.

Patricia loved her grandchildren, daughter, siblings, family, and friends very much. She truly enjoyed the annual 4th of July family gatherings, game nights, fireworks, getting together, sitting around the fire talking about all the fun times, and just being together. She will be everlastingly missed.

A graveside service with Military Honors will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday July 2, 2026 at Riverside Cemetery, Copenhagen, NY, with Pastor Holley De Lapo officiating.
