Copenhagen to Hold Memorial Day and America’s 250th

The Sons of Union
Veterans of the Civil War (SUVCW), Copenhagen American Legion Post 723, Sons
of Revolution, Copenhagen Central Schoop, & Copenhagen CARES, will be
conducting Memorial Day & America’s 250th Anniversary Year ceremony at
Riverside Cemetery. Parade starts at
10 AM on Mechanic Street and marches to Riverside Cemetery then to the
Bandstand after the ceremony. The
public is invited to attend this ceremony on May 25, 2026
at 10 AM. Copenhagen CARES has BBQ Chicken for sale,
free ice cream, and vendors at the Pavillion.

are LTC David Aamidor and State Senator Mark
Walczyk.
