Head-to-Head in Charity Roast Battle June 13 at Bateman Draft House
 LOWVILLE, N.Y. — Local comedians
Craig Nesler and Michael Bernat will square off in a no-holds-barred comedy
roast battle on Saturday, June 13 at Bateman Draft House in Lowville, with
proceeds supporting the Lewis County Renaissance Faire and the North
Country Talent Show.
The main event is locked in, and organizers say space is extremely limited.

Raffles will run throughout the night, with prizes to be announced in the
coming weeks.
The evening will be hosted by MC Tom Hanno and will unfold in five rounds:
1.)Opening Salvos — Four minutes
each of prepared material aimed at one another.
2.)Judge Roast Round — Nesler
and Bernat team up to take aim at the night's judges, Sophia and Wyatt.
3.)Comedy Sets — Each roaster
takes the mic for their own stand-up set.
4.)Universal Roast Round — The
MC reads a category and each comedian gets 30 seconds to fire off their
best
material on broad cultural
targets.
5.)Championship Round — Final
four-minute closers to claim bragging rights.
Every dollar raised supports youth programming in Lewis County through the
Renaissance Faire and the North Country Talent Show.
