Lowville, NY- Overall, Lowville saw temperatures and precipitation levels well above average, according to weather data compiled from the Northeast Regional Climate Center (dating back to 1893).

 

April finished with a mean average temperature (cumulative highs and lows) of 46.6 degrees in Lowville, a full 4.8 degrees above the normal mean average temperature for April in Lowville of 41.8 degrees.
