She is survived by her children, Darrell (Wanda) Bellinger of Lowville; Terry (Beth) Bellinger of Malone; Randy (Mary) Bellinger of Lowville; ten grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Robert Lyndaker of Copenhagen; Carl (Tammy) Lyndaker of Lowville; four sisters, Doris Gryskiewicz of Montana; Charlotte Millard of Lowville, Carolyn McNeil of Lowville; Lois Clark of Florida; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  She is predeceased by her husband, Richard G. Bellinger; a son, Kim Bellinger; a granddaughter, Stephanie Crouse; a daughter-in-law, Doris Bellinger Fetterly; brothers, Richard (Polly), Edward (Kathryn), Olin (Mary), Elton(Marlene), and Harvey (Jan) Lyndaker; brothers-n-law, Gerald Millard; Frank Gryskiewicz and Edward Clark; and two sisters-in-law, Anita Lyndaker and Karen Lyndaker.

 

Arletha was born on May 9, 1933 in Theresa, NY, a daughter of the late Alexander and Phyllis Edick Lyndaker and attended Lowville Academy.  On February 10, 1950, she married Richard Glenn Bellinger at Lowville United Methodist Church Parsonage.  Arletha raised her family and worked at Ames in Lowville.  She also worked in home care and was a volunteer for Hospice.  Richard passed away on December 11, 2021.  Arletha enjoyed gardening, quilting, camping, bowling on a co-ed team, and teaching her family to yodel.  She also enjoyed going to the family camp, her plants and flowers and had a love of nature.  Most of all, Arletha loved her family.

 

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.  Burial will be held privately by the family.  In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Friends of Lewis County Hospice, P.O. Box 266, Lowville, NY 13367 or Lewis County General Hospital Fund for Hope, 7785 N. State Street, Lowville, NY 13367.  Arrangements are with Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville.
