Northern New York Community Foundation Selects Lewis
County Hospital Foundation for Endowment Matching Challenge
Lowville, NY — The Lewis County
Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the
Northern New York Community Foundation as a recipient of their Endowment
Matching Challenge.
This exciting
opportunity will significantly strengthen the long-term sustainability of
the Foundation and its support of the Lewis County Health System. For
the next three years, the Northern New York Community Foundation will match
all NEW endowment gifts to the Lewis County Hospital Foundation up to
$25,000.
This means that
every dollar contributed to the Foundation’s endowment will be doubled,
creating an immediate and lasting impact. With the full match, the
initiative has the potential to generate $50,000 in new endowment funds,
ensuring continued investment in the future of healthcare in our
community.
