a severe thunderstorm was located near Southwick
Beach State Park, or 9 miles northwest of
Sandy Island Beach State
Park, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is
expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

impacted include...
Watertown, Sandy Island Beach State Park,
Fort Drum, Stony Point,
Carthage, Lowville, West Carthage, Adams,
Glen Park, and Herrings.
This includes
Interstate 81 between exits 37 and 47.
