Lowville, NY- Overall, Lowville saw temperatures above normal during March with precipitation levels above normal as well, according to weather data compiled from the Northeast Regional Climate Center (dating back to 1893).

 

March finished with a mean average temperature (cumulative highs and lows) of 31.8 degrees in Lowville, a full 3.8 degrees above the normal mean average temperature for March in Lowville of 28.0 degrees.
