Vendors Sought for Farmers Market Held on Thursdays

Lowville, NY- The Wellness
Committee at Lewis County General Hospital is seeking vendors for the
upcoming season of their Farmers Market, held each Thursday throughout the
summer.
Vendors that sell
produce and would be willing to sign up to accept FMNP (Farmers Market
Nutrition Program) coupons are in need. Other types of food vendors are
accepted as well. This market does not accept crafters.
The market, held
in the back parking lot at the hospital, typically runs from the second
week in June through the first week in October, every Thursday, from 11 AM
to 2 PM. Tents, chairs, and tables are provided for the vendors.
Vendors do not have to commit to all of the weeks
but do need to provide which weeks they plan on attending. The vendor
fee is $15 for the entire season or $2 per day.

Packets are available to be sent to anyone interested with
rules and regulations for the market. The deadline for
interested vendors to apply is March 31, 2026.
