Notice to Proposers
The Village of Turin seeks qualification-based proposals from New York State licensed
professional engineering firms or licensed engineering teams for a
comprehensive feasibility study and Preliminary Engineering Report for a
municipal sanitary sewer collection system and wastewater treatment.
Proposal Due Date: The proposal(s)
or Statement of Qualifications must be submitted in electronic form, signed
by an authorized officer of the Proposer, and received by 5:00 PM on April 14, 2026
to be considered. Proposals shall be submitted to the
