Kay Thomas O'Brian
LOWVILLE- Kay Thomas O'Brian, 82, of Number Four Road,
Lowville, New York went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March
19, 2026 at her home, surrounded by her loved
ones.
Kay is survived by her husband, Robert Paul O'Brian;
two sons, Bradford O'Brian of Buffalo and Spencer (Sue) O'Brian of
Lowville; four grandchildren, Rhonda (Matt), Cheyenne (Jake), Rebekah (Jeff)
and Quintin; seven great grandchildren; one brother, Bing Thomas; several
nieces, nephews and cousins. She is
predeceased by one sister, Ann Grant; five
brothers, Al Thomas, Glenn Thomas, Joe Thomas, Bee Thomas, and Francis
Thomas.
Kay was born on April 7, 1943, a
daughter of the late Roy and Kittie Dorthy Thomas. She graduated from Colton-Pierrepont
Central School. On September 1, 1962 she married Robert P. O’Brian at The Colton United
Methodist Church in Colton, NY. Kay
raised her family and was employed as a Ward Clerk at Mercy Hospital in
Watertown, N.Y., and later was a Real Estate Agent.
Kay was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed entertaining family and
friends, knitting and traveling. and most of all being a homemaker.
In keeping with Kay's wishes there will be no calling
hours or funeral service. Burial will be held privately by her family. Arrangements are with Iseneker
Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville.
