PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby
given that on the 9th day of March 2026, the Town Board of the Town of New
Bremen, County of Lewis, NY, at a regular meeting thereof, adopted, subject
to a permissive referendum, a Resolution authorizing the expenditure from
the NY Class Reserve Road Fund 0006, up to the sum of two hundred
thirty-three thousand five hundred eighty-five dollars and 49/100
($233,585.49) to be paid to the County of Lewis for invoiced fees and costs
it paid to B&L for engineering services; and for labor, materials and
equipment incurred by the County in emergency bridge and culvert related
repairs at the Town’s damaged bridges and culverts.
