ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THURSDAY TO 1 PM EST
FRIDAY...
* WHAT...Freezing
rain expected. Total ice accumulations of one to
two tenths of an inch across the northern
half of Jefferson County
and across the higher terrain of Lewis county.
*
WHERE...Jefferson and Lewis Counties. The greatest ice
accumulations are expected near the Saint
Lawrence River.
* WHEN...From 6
PM Thursday to 1 PM EST Friday.
*
IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan
on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Thursday
evening and Friday morning commutes.

Periods of snow,
sleet or freezing rain will result in slippery
roads and limited
visibilities. Slow down and use caution while
driving.
