Lowville Sees Below Average Overall Temperature and Precipitation Totals for February

Lowville, NY- Overall, Lowville saw a below average mean temperature last month with precipitation levels below average as well, according to weather data compiled from the Northeast Regional Climate Center (dating back to 1893).

 

February finished with a mean average temperature (cumulative highs and lows) of 16.4 degrees in Lowville, a full 2.7 degrees below the normal mean average temperature for February in Lowville of 19.1 degrees. In terms of ranking, it was the 32nd coldest February on record.
