NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Pursuant to the
provisions of the General Municipal Law, Christopher Adams, Superintendent
of Highways for the Town of New Bremen, Lewis County, NY herby invites
sealed bids to purchase the following:
SAND
BANK RUN
GRAVEL/FILL
Bids will be
received at the Town of New Bremen, 8420 State Route 812 Lowville, NY 13367 until 6:30pm on March 9th, 2026, at
which time the bids will be opened during the Town Boards regular scheduled
meeting. Please include the below
information with your bid and write
“sealed sand and/or bank run gravel/fill bid” on the outside of the
envelope”.
SPECIFICATIONS
1. The Town Board
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Quality of
materials purchased will be subject to prior approval by Town Highway
Superintendent or his Deputy.
3. Quantities will
vary according to actual need.
4. The Town reserves
the right to award bids by line item or by total bid.
