NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Water/Sewer Rate Increase
PLEASE TAKE
NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Martinsburg will hold a public
hearing on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at the times listed below, at the
Martinsburg Town Offices, located at 5405 Cemetery Road, Martinsburg, New
York 13404. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments
regarding a proposed increase in the utility rates to be paid by consumers
within the following districts:
Glenfield Water and Sewer District
– 7:00 P.M.
Martinsburg Water District No. 1 –
7:30 P.M.
Martinsburg Water District No. 2 –
8:00 P.M.
A copy of the
proposed rates are available for public inspection
during normal business hours at the Clerk’s office. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in
person or by directing comments in writing to the Town Board at P.O. Box 8,
Martinsburg, New York 13404.
Reasonable accommodations will be made for
persons with disabilities. Individuals requiring such
