on Proposed Moratorium on Commercial Solar and Compressed Air Energy Systems

LEGAL NOTICE:
Public Hearing
On Tuesday,
January 20, 2026 at 6:00pm a Public Hearing will
be held at the Town of Denmark Municipal Offices, 3707 Roberts Road,
Carthage NY.
The purpose of
the public hearing is to allow public comment on the proposed Town of
Denmark Local Law 1 of 2026: A local law establishing a moratorium on
commercial solar energy systems, battery energy storage systems, and
compressed air energy systems.
An opportunity to
be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to all people
present and interested in this matter. Those wishing to submit written
comments should submit them to the Town Clerk by 4:00pm on 01.16.2026.

is available on the Town of Denmark website: townofdenmarkny.gov
