Snowmobile Safety Course
Saturday January 17th, 2026
Location: Clubs Groomer Building
7761 Brantingham RD.
Brantingham, NY 13312
There will be a
snowmobile safety course, sponsored by the Brantingham Snowmobile Club Inc.,
on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at the club’s groomer building located at 7761 Brantingham Rd,
Brantingham, NY 13312. The course hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM. Lunch will
be provided by the club.

Children from age
10 - 13 must take this course to be allowed to operate a snowmobile on lands upon which snowmobiling is allowed while
accompanied by (within 500 feet of) a person who is at least 18 years of
age.
Children from age
14 - 17 must take this course to be allowed to operate a snowmobile on
lands upon which snowmobiling is allowed without being accompanied by a
person who is at least 18 years of age.
Students must
have reached his or her 10th birthday on or before the day the course ends in order to be eligible to receive a snowmobile safety
certificate. Parents/legal guardians MUST stay the first 15 minutes so all paper work can be filled out. Students will need a black
pen and a yellow highlighter. If a student will need
assistance with reading/ comprehending a 50 question
test with fill in the blanks, true-false, multiple choices, let the
instructor know prior to the class.
