Plow, Shovel, or Blow Snow into Streets and Roads

To the Town of
Diana Residents: Per Article 1219 of New York State Vehicle and Traffic
Law, it is illegal to plow, shovel, or blow snow into streets or highways.
The town workers have noticed an increase in this happening this year in
our streets in the Hamlet of Harrisville and in
roads in the Town of Diana. Residents will be ticketed if caught doing
this.
