AI-generated content may be incorrect.LOWVILLE- Nadine M. Delles, 81, formerly of Valley View Courts, passed away on Sunday morning, December 14, 2025 at the Lewis County Residential Healthcare Facility where she has resided since June, 2023.

 

She is survived by her three children, Steven (Teresa) Rapave of Lowville; Lisa (Gary) Mellnitz of Lowville; and David Wilder of Lowville; four grandchildren, Kevin, Keanna and her two children, Catherin and Trenton; Cassie and James; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.  She is predeceased by her husband, Alfred Delles; and a sister, Yvonne Lamica.

 

Nadine was born on July 14, 1944 in Caraquet, New Brunswick, Canada, a daughter of the late Henry and Marie Foulem Lamica.  She attended school in Canada and moved to the United States at age 18.  A marriage to Ronald Rapave in the early 1960’s ended in divorce.  She married Horace E. Wilder in the early 1970’s, and the marriage later ended in divorce.  Nadine worked in the cafeteria at AMF, Lowville and for Lewis Lanes for many years.  She was well known while working as a waitress and then a cook for Lloyds of Lowville for 30 years, until her retirement.  Years ago, Nadine was an active member of the Lowville American Legion Post #162 Auxiliary.  In August 2003, she married Alfred Delles at Whitaker Park in Martinsburg.  Alfred passed away on September 8, 2003.  Nadine had a zest for life and people.  She enjoyed diamond art, playing cards with friends, and most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 

In keeping with Nadine’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.  Burial will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are with Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville.
