NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE
NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of New Bremen, Lewis
County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 24, 2025
at 5:30 p.m. at the Town of New Bremen Municipal Office Building, located
at 8420 State Route 812, Lowville, NY 13367, to gather public input
regarding the ongoing update to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.
The Town of New
Bremen is in the process of updating its Comprehensive Plan to reflect
current conditions, guide future growth, and ensure that community goals
and priorities are incorporated into long-term planning decisions. The
Zoning Board of Appeals is assisting in the preparation of this update and
invites residents, business owners, and other interested parties to share
their thoughts, ideas, and concerns.
All persons interested in the matter will be given an
opportunity to speak at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted
in advance to the Town Clerk at nbtownclerk@gmail.com and will be entered
into the record.
The draft
materials and background information related to the Comprehensive Plan
update are available for public review at the Town Clerk’s Office during
regular business hours and on the Town’s website at https://www.townofnewbremen.gov/.
