NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Notice is hereby
given that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of
New Bremen, Lewis Co., NY at the Town Municipal Office Building, 8420 State
Rte. 812, Lowville, NY 13367 on December 8, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. for the
purpose of renewing a contract with the Croghan Volunteer Fire Department,
Inc. for fire protection to a portion of the Town of New Bremen within the
New Bremen Fire Protection District, at a cost of $17,942.00 per year; and
to hear all interested parties for or against said contract.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Notice is hereby
given that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of
New Bremen, Lewis Co., NY at the Town Municipal Office Building, 8420 State
Rte. 812, Lowville, NY on December 8, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a
contract with Lewis County Search and Rescue, Inc., to provide ambulance
services for the Town of New Bremen and its residents at a cost of
$7,752.51 for 2026. At which time
any person may be heard in favor of or against said contract.

Pursuant to the
provisions of the General Municipal Law, Section 103, the Town of New
Bremen invites sealed bids for the following:
UNLEADED GAS
& DIESEL FUEL
Bids will be
received at the Town Municipal Building, 8420 State Rte. 812, Lowville, NY
13367, until 6:30 pm on December 8, 2025.
For specifications for the 2026 year,
please call the highway department at 315-376-7323. The Town reserves the right to reject any
or all bids. Please mark “sealed
fuel bid” on the outside of envelope.
