Village of Lowville to Conduct Overnight Hydrant

Lowville, NY- The Village of
Lowville Department of Public Works will begin the Fall flushing of hydrants
next week, Tuesday, October 14 through Thursday, October 16.
The work will take place during the overnight hours, from 11 PM to 6 AM, to
impact as few customers as possible.
Customers may encounter pressure fluctuations during this period. Should
the water turn slightly discolored, running the water for a short period
should clear it quickly.
The DPW thanks residents for their cooperation and understanding while they
perform this necessary task.
