The Lowville
Police Department has taken possession of a new piece of valuable equipment
to use at their disposal. Through a partnership with Jerry Jacot, owner and
operator of Adirondack E-Bikes, the police now have a Quietkat
electric patrol bike and the needed safety gear. The bike has been
outfitted with emergency lights and siren, along with features most patrol
cars have for routine patrol. LPD has utilized the bike many times already
over the summer including the Lewis County Fair, Cream Cheese Festival and
National night Out. The department would like to thank Jerry at Adirondack
E-Bikes for his contribution to the department and helping make the
community a safer place.
Please visit him
at his retail store at 5491 Bostwick Street in the Village of Lowville or
