The Lewis County Board
of Legislators will meet on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the 2 nd Floor Legislative
Board Chambers of the Courthouse, Lowville, NY, for the regular monthly
meeting. Enclosed are proposed
resolutions for action. Any other business may be conducted.
There will be a
hearing for public comments on:
• “A Local Law to Authorize Overriding
the Tax Levy Limit Established by General Municipal Law § 3-C (A/K/A 2% Tax
Cap) for the Lewis County 2026 Budget.”
The meeting will
