East State Street Bridge in Village of Lowville

Lowville, NY- The Lewis County
Highway Department has reopened the East State Street bridge over Mill
Creek this afternoon, following the completion of scheduled repair work.
The bridge, closed since September 22nd, is now fully open to traffic as
the removal of the old asphalt, repairing of the concrete surface, and repaving of the bridge has been completed. The Highway Department
thanks the community for their patience through the duration of the project
to complete the needed repairs.
