PHOTOS: Giant Cheesecake Unveiled at 20th Annual Cream Cheese Festival in Lowville

Lowville, NY- The 20th Annual
Lowville Cream Cheese Festival took over downtown Lowville today, providing
food, entertainment and vendors for the crowd of festival-goers.
The highlight of the event, the unveiling of the giant cheesecake put
together by the local Kraft Heinz plant- the home of Philadelphia Cream
Cheese-, provided free slices to those in attendance.

This year’s cheesecake weighed about 1,400 pounds
(1,300 pounds of Philadelphia cream cheese filling and 100 ponds of
graham crackers), more in line with past years following last year’s
Guiness World Record-setting 15,008 pound cheesecake.
