Lowville Man Charged with Aggravated DWI in Town of Watertown

Watertown, NY- The Jefferson
County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lowville man on an Aggravated
DWI charge (NY VTL 1192.2-AA) on County Route 156/Venton Road in the town
of Watertown. According to an arrest report released today, Clifford A.
Young, 64, was charged just after 7 p.m. on August 21, 2025
with both DWI- 1st Offense and Aggravated DWI. He was issued tickets to
appear in Town of Watertown court at a later date.
