LEWIS COUNTY JURY CONVICTS GLENFIELD MAN OF MULTIPLE
COUNTS OF PREDATORY SEXUAL ASSAULT AGAINST A CHILD
Saturday,
September 20, 2025 – Lowville, New York
Lewis County
District Attorney Jeffery G. Tompkins announced today that a Lewis County
jury has convicted Dylan C. Hoch, Sr., 26, of Glenfield, on all
counts, including four counts of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a
Child.
The guilty
verdict followed a five-day trial in Lewis County Court. After multiple
hours of deliberation, the jury returned guilty on
all counts late Friday evening.
D.A. Tompkins
stated: “The jury heard our victim, and their verdict makes that clear.
While the harm caused by Defendant Hoch can never be undone, I hope this
outcome provides her with some measure of closure. I want to thank A.D.A.
Tenaha Sparacino, A.D.A. Joseph Hobika, III, and our support staff for
their dedication to this case, as well as Investigator Ryan Waite of the
New York State Police for his thorough investigative work.”
Sentencing is
scheduled for November 24, 2025, where Hoch faces a potential
sentence of up to 100 years to life in state prison.
