The Town of
Croghan will hold their regular Board meeting for October on Wednesday,
October 22, 2025 at 6pm. The meeting will take
place at the Town of Croghan Municipal Offices, 9882 State Route 126,
Castorland.

Proposed Local
Law: AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE
TOWN OF CROGHAN ZONING LAW TO ESTABLISH REGULATIONS FOR COMPRESSED AIR
ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS AND TO AMEND PROVISIONS REGARDING BATTERY ENERGY
STORAGE SYSTEMS AND SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Local Law has been introduced before
the Town Board of the Town of Croghan to amend and supplement the Town of Croghan
Zoning Law within the Town.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing in connection with the
proposed legislation will be held at the Municipal Office, 9882 State Route 126 Castorland, NY 13620 on October
22, 2025
at 6:00 p.m. An opportunity to
be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to all persons interested in this proposed legislation. Copies
of the proposed legislation are available at townofcroghan.gov and the
Office of the Town Clerk.
