Notice:
The
Denmark, Castorland, and Copenhagen Comprehensive Plan Committee will hold
a public hearing on the Town of Denmark and the Villages of Castorland and
Copenhagen Draft Joint Comprehensive Plan at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, August
21st, at the Denmark Municipal Building. The Comprehensive Plan identifies
goals, objectives and policies for the immediate and long-range protection,
enhancement and development of the communities. The plan, developed in a
series of public meetings, will form the framework for the town and
villages’ land use and subdivision regulations and is intended to guide the
decisions of the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. Copies of the
Draft Comprehensive Plan are available at the offices of the Town and
Village Clerks and online at https://townofdenmarkny.gov

. The Municipal Buildings are located on 3707 Roberts Road, Carthage
(Denmark Office); 5185 NY-410, Castorland (Castorland Office); and 9915 ST
