RE: INCREASE
WATER RATES BY 2% EFFECTIVE MAY 2026 BILLING
PLEASE TAKE
NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of
Lowville intends to hold a Public Hearing regarding increasing Water Rates
by 2% effective May 2026 Billing for the Village of Lowville, Lewis County,
New York.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing in connection with the
above-referenced matters will be held at the Village Offices, 5535 Bostwick
Street, Lowville NY on August 20, 2025 at 4:00
p.m. An opportunity to be heard
in regard thereto will then and there be given to all persons
interested in this proposed legislation.
