Two Beaver River Central School Students Announced as
Dekin Educational Trust Scholarship Recipients

Beaver River
Central School is pleased to announce that two members of its class of 2025
have won Dekin Educational Trust Scholarships. Dekin Scholarships have been
awarded since 2013 to high caliber Lewis County students who are pursuing
college degrees in engineering or nursing. This year’s recipients, from
Beaver River, are Joshua Bush and Charleyann
Lehman. Joshua will be attending SUNY Poly in Utica, majoring in
Engineering. Charleyann, the class of 2025
valedictorian, will be attending Clarkson University, majoring in
Engineering Management.
The Dekin
Educational Trust was created by the family of Mr. Ervin Dekin and his
wife, Mrs. Pearl Dekin, to honor their memory and their dedication to
education.
