SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE
The Town/Village
of Lowville Planning Board will hold a Special Meeting to address the
following application on Monday, July 14, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at
the Town Offices, 5533 Bostwick Street, Lowville, New York.
The special
meeting is for Application SP A2025-4, submitted by Lowville Farmers Co-Op
Inc., requesting site plan review and approval to construct a 24,000 square
foot lumber building/warehouse and a 7,260 square foot addition to an
existing store in accordance with Town of Lowville, Chapter 250, Article X,
Site Plan Review as well as other regulations in an 1-3 Zone. The parcel is
owned by Zehr Carl J & Son Inc., located at 5814 Number Four Road, Town
of Lowville, New York, tax parcel number 213.00-01-39.160. Information
regarding the application is on file at the Zoning
