Perry S. Whittico
 Perry S. Whittico,
74, quietly made his way home on July 19, 2025. He was a kind soul who was an advocate
for individuals with mental health issues. He also was an Artist, cyclist,
who enjoyed the outdoors and lively debates about social consciousness and
politics.
He was a life
resident of Syracuse, NY, but spent the last several years in Lowville, NY,
pursuing his life passions. Perry is the brother to two Sisters: Alfred
"Fredya" of Syracuse, NY, Kathleen of
Syracuse, NY and two brothers: Phillip of Syracuse, NY and Wil of
Skaneateles, NY,
Nieces: Kimberly, Tara, and DVonne,
Nephews: Donnie, Lawrence, and Jovon and was blessed with several great
nieces, nephews and cousins.
Perry was
predeceased by his loving mother, Mamie Whittico.
The Family would
like to Thank everyone who helped to make Perry a great person.
He will be laid
to rest at a Graveside Ceremony at the Valley Cemetery
on Tuesday, July 29, at 11am.
