CASTORLAND- It is with
great sadness that we announce the passing of Anna Lynn Widrick, 18, of VanAmber Road, who passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital,
Syracuse.
A memorial
service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2025
at New Day Community Church, 5573 Water Street, Lowville, NY. Private burial will be in Naumburg Mennonite
Cemetery. Calling hours are from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday,
July 11, 2025 at Iseneker

She is survived
by her parents, Tim and Samantha; her siblings, Kendra (Casey Kloster),
Alejandra, Faith, David, Brock, Willow, Nevaeh, Zindaya,
Beau, Shorey, and Theo Widrick: a special sister, Kiera Krop; maternal
grandfather, Lonnie Zehr of Croghan; maternal grandmother, Tina Zehr of New
Bremen; maternal great-grandfather, Rodney Houppert of Carthage; maternal
great-grandmother, Loretta Zehr of Croghan; paternal grandparents, Carlton
and Joan Widrick of Castorland; paternal great-grandmother. LeEtta Widrick
of Castorland; paternal great-grandparents, Thomas and Beulah Beller of
Carthage; several aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, as well as many
cousins and special friends. Anna
was predeceased by her maternal great-grandmother, Jane Houppert; maternal
great-grandfather, Joseph Zehr and his wife, Julia Zehr; paternal
great-grandfather, Norman Widrick; and an aunt, Angela Widrick.
Anna was born on
February 15, 2007 in Lowville, a daughter of
Timothy and Samantha Zehr Widrick.
She attended River Valley Mennonite School until 2020 and completed
her schooling at home, graduating in 2024.
Anna enjoyed working alongside her family and co-workers at Zehr’s
Flowers and Landscaping, a job she loved.
She enjoyed
working out, spending time with her siblings and cousins, shopping,
visiting the beach, and taking beach walks.
Anna attended New
Day Community Church in Lowville and Living Water Baptist Church in Long,
SC. She was an active member of
Double Play Community Center, Lowville.
