Update: State Police Make Arrest in Stolen ATV Case

On June 1, 2025,
SP Lowville Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Ryan H. Kitts,
age 42, from Philadelphia, NY, in the theft of an ATV
reported stolen from State Street in Harrisville on May 15.
Kitts was charged
with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony. Kitts was remanded
to the Lewis County Jail in lieu of $3,000 cash bail with a later
appearance date in the town of Diana Court.
