AI-generated content may be incorrect.LOWVILLE, NY / RICHMOND, VA- Rosemary K. Wagler, 91, of Richmond, Virginia, formerly of Lowville, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025 in Richmond.

There are no calling hours. Visitation with the family will take place at the Naumburg Mennonite Church on Thursday, June 12, beginning at 10:00 AM, followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at the church. A private burial will occur at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc., Lowville, New York.

Rosemary is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Glenn and Ann Wagler of Richmond, VA., Robert and Angela Wagler of Southern Pines, NC, and Randy and Patty Wagler of Rifle, CO., daughter-in-law, Judy Wagler of Glenwood Springs, CO., grandchildren, Eric (Chris) Smith , Aaron (Shari) Smith, John (Lacy) Wagler, Angela Rudd, McKenzie Wagler, Lorin Wagler, Aaron (Michelle) Wagler, Sarah (Justin) Steckly, Brendan (Charity) Wagler, Derek Wagler, Joshua (Deborah) Wagler, Miranda Wagler; eighteen great-grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren; her siblings and their spouses: Helen and (Ron) Devouchi, Mahlon and (Sue) Martin, Doris and (Joe) Robbins, Sharon Zehr, Joan and (Stanley) Widrick, Bruce and (Sheryl) Martin, and Richard and (Kim) Martin; sisters-in-law, Carol Martin and Sue Martin; nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Edward, her son Wayne, her siblings, Ralph Martin, Gilbert Martin, Norbert Martin, Elmer Martin, Clara Boliver, Geneva Rivers, Elvira Martin, and Ezra Martin; brothers-in-law, Andy Zehr, Lyle Boliver, and Gary Rivers Sr.; and one sister-in-law, Wilma Martin.

Rosemary was born in Croghan, NY on January 27, 1934, a daughter of the late Vernon and Katherine Zehr Martin. On October 23, 1952 she was married to Edward J. Wagler at Croghan Mennonite Church, with Rev. Lloyd Boshart officiating, a blessed union spanning more than 64 years until Mr. Wagler’s passing on June 16, 2017.
