Parrish was the son of Ronald and Karen Baillargeon and was born in Carthage, NY on January 18th, 1973. He graduated from Harrisville Central High School in 1991, where he enjoyed and excelled at playing soccer and wrestling for Clifton Fine School.  He was always the life of any party and found it easy to make friends with just about anyone, with all these wonderful traits continuing on through his entire life. Many will miss his infectious laugh, jokes and great personality.  After graduation Parrish went on to attend Canton College for Criminal Justice.  Circumstances changed his course at the time, and he was very successful providing for his family driving for several businesses in the area and would later go on to become an assistant manager at Lowe's in Watertown and a store manager for Walgreen's throughout the North Country.  Parrish changed careers later in life becoming an LPN in 2016. His passion for nursing and caring for others showed in his smile and through the incredible care he provided for patients and their families.  He worked throughout the northern New York community in several clinics and long-term care facilities. After his illness made work too difficult, he kept in contact with many of his colleagues as he considered them all like family. His selfless nature was something that everyone knew and would surely attest to.

Parrish loved music, and playing drums and was well known throughout high school for his contributions to band and marching band and continued to enjoy playing well into his adulthood. He was also an avid sports fan, whether it came to playing lacrosse, soccer, or baseball as well as watching his children, nephews, and nieces play as they grew up. He was also able to attend many games and concerts and would push himself to go even when he wasn’t feeling well.

Parrish married Tonya House in 1996 and had two children: Alec House-Baillargeon and Cailyn House-Baillargeon. Even after the marriage ended, Alec, Cailyn and his stepchildren remained his pride and joy throughout his life. He was incredibly proud of Alec, his accomplishments and there wasn’t a conversation he would have that did not make mention of Alec and Cailyn. He also felt his nieces and nephews to be like his own children.

His quick sense of humor and genuine and caring personality made him a fantastic father and friend. If there was anything that stands out the most about him, Parrish's family was everything to him. He would do anything for them and would help even a perfect stranger if he could.

He is survived by his parents Ronald and Karen Baillargeon, his brother DeWayne Baillargeon (Kerri), his sister Brandy Baillargeon (Thomas Grant) and his children Alec and Cailyn House-Baillargeon, along with his nieces, nephews many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that will miss him dearly. He was predeceased by his grandparents Raymond and Madeline Trombley, Donald and Minnie Baillargeon.

Parrish’s funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 12 Noon at Scanlon Funeral Home, 14187 State St., Harrisville, with the Rev. Donald J. Manfred, Pastor of St. Francis Solanus Church in Harrisville, officiating. Calling hours will be from 10:00 a.m. until the beginning of his 12 Noon service at the funeral home. His interment will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Harrisville.
