May, according to weather data compiled from the Northeast Regional Climate Center (dating
back to 1893).

a mean average temperature (cumulative highs and lows) of 55.0 degrees in
Lowville, 0.50 degrees above the normal mean average temperature for May in
Lowville of 54.5 degrees. In terms of ranking, it tied
