NOTICE:
The Lewis County Board
of Legislators will meet on Tuesday, July 1, 2025
at 5:00 p.m. in the Courthouse 2 nd Floor
Legislative Board Chambers, Lowville, NY for the regular monthly meeting.
Enclosed are proposed
resolutions for action. Any other business may be conducted.
There will be
hearings for public comment on the following items:
· A Local Law
Amending and Replacing Local Law No. 3-2015: A Local Law of the County of
Lewis to Provide a Uniform System for Managing the Collection,
Transportation and Disposal of Solid Waste and Recyclables.
· Demolition and
removal of the structure located at 1057 Ammon Road in West Leyden, NY.
· Addition of 0.2
miles of trail and parking area to the Lewis County OHV Trail System
located in the Town of Martinsburg.
