GLENFIELD- It is with deep
sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra J. “Sandy” Woolschlager, 69, of Pine Grove Road on Sunday morning
May 11, 2025 in an automobile accident in Georgia.
The funeral will
be held at the First Mennonite Church in New Bremen on Wednesday May 21, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
Calling hours will be held from 4:00 to 7:00p.m. on Tuesday, May 20,
2025 at Iseneker Funeral

Sandy is survived
by her companion William “Bill” Dibble; a brother and sister-in-law, Scott and
Christina Woolschlager of Croghan; a sister and
brother-in-law, Suzette and Fred Cole of Glenfield; three nieces and their
husbands, Lucy and Garrett Austin and their sons, Caleb and Jaxon of Chases
Lake; Emily and Kyle Pendergraft and their son, Oliver of Lowville; Megan and
Derek Weber and their children, Mason, Gavin and Riley of Croghan; her two
uncles, Elwin Woolschlager and Edward McHale
(Rich Morgante); cousins and many friends.
Sandy was born on
March 2, 1956 in Portsmouth, NH, a daughter of the
late Lowaine A. “Wink” and Dorothy M. Lehman Woolschlager.
She graduated from Beaver River Central School in 1975 and began
work at Lowville Academy. Sandy
first worked in the cafeteria and then joined the cleaning crew, retiring
in 2018 after 42 years.
Sandy was a
lifetime member of the Lewis County Memorial Post #6912 Auxiliary and
Lowville American Legion #162. She
also was a member of the Lowville Tops and Thursday Night Muriel Hellinger
Bowling League at Lewis Lanes. She
enjoyed RV Camping, Dancing, and diamond art. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time
with Bill, and her family, especially her three nieces, and six great-nieces and nephews.
