JCC Holds Annual Awards Ceremony
On Thursday, May
8, 2025, Jefferson Community College (JCC) honored students, faculty, and
staff at the College’s Annual Awards Ceremony. Students were honored for
overall excellence and faculty and staff members were recognized in
specific categories. Awards were presented by the School of Arts and
Humanities; School of Education, Behavioral Sciences and Public Services;
School of Business, Hospitality and Tourism; School of STEM and Health
Professions; and campus-wide departments. The Jefferson European Excursion
Club received the Outstanding Club of the Year Award.

Established on
November 7, 1961, Jefferson Community College was the area’s first
institution of higher education. Supervised by the State University of New
York (SUNY), Jefferson offers 50+ associate degrees, certificates and microcredentials for career preparation or transfer;
