Lowville saw temperatures above normal during April with precipitation
levels slightly below average, according to weather data compiled from
the Northeast Regional
Climate Center (dating back to 1893).

with a mean average temperature (cumulative highs and lows) of 42.9 degrees
in Lowville, a full 1.1 degrees above the normal mean average temperature
for April in Lowville of 41.8 degrees. In terms of ranking, it was the 60th
warmest April on record. The warmest April on record for Lowville occurred
