Seeking Bids for Roof Removal/Replacement and Maintenance Repairs at the Petries Corner Church Building
The Town Board of the Town of Watson is
seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace the roofing of its Petries Corner Methodist Church building located at
7099 Number Four Road, Lowville, New York 13367. Interested contractors can
schedule an inspection of the proposed building by contacting the Town
Clerk (Phone: 315-376-3866 x3 or email michelle_ward@townofwatsonny.com
). All contractors submitting bids must comply with all Federal,
State and local laws (i.e. Building Codes, labor laws, business laws,
etc.). Proof of insurance is required when submitting bid.
Bids will be accepted until 3:00 P.M. on June 2, 2025.
The proposed work to be completed as follows for Church building (approx. 1,230 sq. ft.):

Remove chimney as viewed above the roof.
·
Remove and replace
steel roof.
·
Replace
damaged/rotted siding and trim.
·
Replace damaged
door/sill.
·
Paint
exterior where needed.
The Town of Watson Board Reserves the
Right to reject any and all Bids. The project will
be awarded by Jun 11, 2025.
