Strongest winds tonight along the
northwest face of the Tug Hill
Plateau. Strongest winds Thursday will be
through Jefferson County.

* IMPACTS...Gusty
winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
imbs could be
blown down and a few power outages may result.
