IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERY OWNERS IN THE TOWN OF
LOWVILLE
If you own
property in the Town of Lowville, including the Village of Lowville, please
be advised that there was an error on the January 1, 2025
tax bill. The Notice Fee indicated
on the tax bill should be $2 not $1.
If you don’t pay your January 1, 2025 taxes
before April 1st, you must include the $2 notice fee. If you already paid your January 1, 2025 taxes, you do not need to do anything. Any
questions, please contact the Real Property Tax Office at 315-376-5336 or
the Town of Lowville Tax Collector at 315-376-8070 Ext. 1.
