Naturally Lewis, Inc. Shares 2024 Annual Report &
Reveals Strategic Plan as a Path Forward for Economic Development in 2025-2027
 LEWIS COUNTY - Naturally Lewis,
Inc. is excited to share the organization’s 2024 Annual Report and reveal our
strategic plan as an intentional path forward for economic development in 2025-2027.

As an economic development
organization, Naturally Lewis, Inc.’s impact on the community is seen as business
development and support services, property and site development, and tourism
development and promotion. This work enhances the localtax
base, strengthens the local workforce, fosters entrepreneurship, and ensures
long-term economic sustainability.
In the summer of 2024,
Naturally Lewis, Inc. and its administered entities came together for strategic
planning led by Christie Andrus-Nakano, owner of Human Factor Leadership. The
four boards of directors of the economic development engines in Lewis County
came together to develop a well-rounded a wholistic
approach to intentional economic development. As a result, the 2025-2027 strategic
plan for Naturally Lewis, Inc. has four strategic pillars:

“Through this strategic
plan, Naturally Lewis, Inc. will work towards its mission of building a community
where people want to live, work, build business, and play” says Brittany Davis,
Executive Director of Naturally Lewis, Inc. “We envision a place where businesses
thrive, families put down roots, and every person feels connected to
something bigger—a future we’re building together.”
To make this strategic
plan actionable, Naturally Lewis, Inc. has identified key three-year initiatives
to execute this intentional roadmap for economic development:

Building Our Community: Developing businesses,
properties, place, and tourism.

Inspiring People: Developing business and community leaders,
youth engagement, resident pride-in-place, and entrepreneurship.

Partnering& Collaborating: Growing regional and
state economic development partnerships, tourism partnerships, county and municipal
partnerships, and strengthening the foundations of thriving communities.

Sustaining Our Legacy: Growing the Naturally
Lewis Membership, strategic funding development, expanding community partnerships,
and advancing compliance, policy, and systems development.
