winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

PM this evening to 2 PM EDT Thursday.

winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result.

DETAILS...Strongest wind gusts will be localized over
the northern slopes of the Tug Hill
Plateau and western
